Principle of Work
The extruding mode of the screw extrusion granulator with double screw is divided into two kinds of models, which is composed of driving, speed reducer, transmission box and main frame. Under the force of screw component with special design, conveyed and compacted through the pressure un-equalizing process, the wet powdery material fed into the main frame is sent to the pellet head and extruded out of template, forming columnar pelletized products with the same size so as to achieve the goal of palletizing. Since the extrusion and pelletization process for powdery material is completed in the wet state, it make the follow-up operating process (e.g: drying and packaging, etc) and operation condition improved greatly and generally, it can reduce amount of dust on site over 90%.
